info
The Danes we have that are available change from day to day, so, it is difficult to keep up with photos of all of them. Please bear with us.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with administrative duties, social media tasks, and help with keeping this website up with photos and information for our rescue Danes that are available...Please contact us at info@gdrsc.org if you wish to volunteer.
We always have rescues available even if we do not have them posted on the website, so, please do contact us if you are looking for a new family member and we can send you photos. We respond to people that submit adoption or foster or volunteer applications first.

This young lady has found her Forever Home!
She is 92.5% Great Dane as per the Embark Genetic Test
Jazzy
Gender: Female Spayed
Age: 2-3 years Up-do-date on Vaccinations
Pro's: Very sweet and willing to please. High energy. She is a Great dog for someone that enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, hiking and playing. High energy. Good with small dogs. Bilingual English/Spanish. High energy. Crate trained.
Cons: High prey drive, so, not recommended to be in a home with cats.
Story: Jazzy came to us after being found tied to a tree, near a freeway, with a 1/2 can of dog food. She behaves as though she has been physically abused and takes a little while to warm up to men. She really just wants someone to love her.
*As always, we will rehabilitate and train these dogs until a loving, forever home can be
found. So, by the time that they are rehomed, they might be neutered/spayed/trained.
Please just check with us about what has and has not been completed when you inquire.
